Thank you for your interest in Poochie's catering services. Poochie's is an on-site catering company that actually grills and preps on-site to assure quality, freshness, and off the grill taste. Our catering services provide you with everything from appetizers, main menu items , desserts, staffing, equipment, rentals, and everything necessary for your event. Our catering company will assist you with every aspect for you special event to ensure quality food and outstanding customer service.

Grilled & Roasted Vegetables ($6 pp) Assortments of beets, zucchini, bell peppers, Asparagus, portabella mushrooms, carrots, red onion grilled and roasted
Vegetable Crudites ($95 per platter) Crisp vegetables served with spinach dip or buttermilk ranch
Southwest Chip Display ($95 per platter) Pico de gallo, roasted tomato salsa, black bean and corn, guacamole
Bruschetta ($60 per platter) Chopped fresh tomato, garlic, basil, olive oil, white balsamic vinegar with toasted crostini
Mediterranean Display ($95 per platter) Hummus, baba ganouj, roasted red pepper hummus, and marinated olives

Serving time is 1.5 - 2 hours.

Each display serves 25 - 35 guests.

Staffing

All on-site catering events are based on a minimum of 50 person guest count and have a starting $495 staffing fee in addition to the menu price. Included in our staffing fee are staff, equipment set up, and service. Staffing fee may vary depending on guest count, location, duration, and requirements for the day.

Rentals

Any rentals for guest and staff that has not been mentioned above can be provided for additional cost. Examples: China plates, water glasses, bar glasses, clearing trays, etc...

Taxes & Gratuity

Added to food cost only.

Fees and Insurance

Any permits, fee, or additional insurance that is required for the venue will be added to final invoice.

Deposit

A deposit is required to hold the event date and is non-refundable.

Final Count

Final count of guests must be guaranteed 7 days prior to the event day.

Final payment

Final payment to be made 3 days prior to the event day.
